Our recommendations are:

1. Do not use Ni-cad canon mv400 chargers to charge li-ion mv400 batteries.
2. The canon mv400 battery should be stabilized to room temperature for at least one-hour prior to charging:
   Charging a cold canon mv400 battery (below 50 degrees Fahrenheit) may result in leakage of electrolyte and ultimately in failure of the battery.
